We are a cooperative gallery established in 1981 giving local artists a place to show and sell their fine art at reasonable prices.

The gallery operates completely through the volunteer efforts of the artists whose work is on display.  Every artist member
spends 2 -4 shifts each month greeting visitors, handling sales functions and performing duties necessary to the successful
operation of the gallery.  Each visitor is able to visit with an actual artist member of the gallery.  Membership is held to a
a total of 20 plus artists, providing a blend of two dimension and three dimensional art that is sure to please many different
artistic tastes.

The Passageway is a very active participant in the Old Market Gallery Crawls held once a month in the summer and spring.
First Friday openings each month feature one or two gallery member's works, accompanied by h'orderves and refreshments.
Galley Crawls and First Fridays are free and open to the public.  Check our "happenings" page for dates and times!

Plan to visit often, new artwork is presented by artists on a frequent basis.
